Lars is a business implementation manager with more than 30 years experience successfully designing, developing and implementing large-scale people and performance-based projects in Australia and Europe. Lars’ key strength is his ability to see the ‘big picture’ from a strategic level; to translate that strategy into an executable framework; and to lead its execution at ground level, using a combination of people and process management skills to effect cultural and systemic change.
Lars’ career was forged in the engineering and manufacturing industry in Denmark and Germany, where he quickly gained a reputation for leading change and building productivity through better people and systems management. Upon moving to Australia in the mid-1980s, Lars worked across aviation, banking and financial services. He also spent five years with the West Australian State Government using his knowledge of the banking and financial services sectors to lead end-to-end negotiations.
