Jodie is an experienced management consultant who has spent the past 16 years working across the Asia Pacific region, providing advisory services that help organisations improve business performance through their people. She works across a variety of sectors and has been instrumental in the delivery of successful projects involving structural redesign and implementation of customised assessment and development programs. Jodie’s approach and use of methodologies with high validity and reliability ensure that leaders are being assessed against organisational requirements, in their current role as well as identifying their future potential. Jodie supports her clients through individual executive coaching to lift performance, as well as working as a coach for Leadership Teams to improve team performance.
Jodie builds strong relationships with her clients through her ability to listen and engage with all stakeholders in order to understand their often unspoken needs. She has proven experience in developing and running assessment initiatives, as well as designing development curricula to support organisations in providing meaningful development across an employee’s career.
