The Red Emu Team works with Executive Teams to create trust, confidence, clarity and alignment with each other. This is critical as the Executive Team creates the tone of the organisation, which filters down to all employees. The aim is to get the Team to move from a group of executives with individual functional responsibilities to a cohesive high performing team with organisational-wide accountability (above and beyond their functional mandate). This is often an area which remains a challenge for many Executive Teams.
Red Emu supports the CEO in leading this process which typically begins with understanding what type of team the CEO requires in order to lead the organisation. Often this does not mean every direct report. The decision of who is, and who isn’t part of the leadership team is a difficult challenge for all CEOs, but once determined, it allows the team to focus on their specific purpose, accountabilities and norms of behaviour required to truly drive enterprise-wide performance.
