Red Emu are excited to share with you our Executive Development Program, expertly developed to assist newly appointed or aspiring executives to take the next step in their leadership journey.
This program is unique – participants will have access to two highly regarded and proven former global CEO’s and two behavioural leadership coaches – which will create a challenging and exciting environment for participants to learn with vigor.
Participants will undertake a rigorous, multi-faceted development curriculum over a four month period – including detailed executive assessments, program work with other participants, a workplace business project, individual and group sessions with an experienced business mentor and leadership coach. Also included for each participant is a confidential Executive Health Assessment. This comprehensive assessment will help participants to ensure that they are monitoring and managing their health as well as the health of the organisation.
