Andrew is a specialist in the area of leadership, talent and organisational development. He helps individuals, teams and organisations reach their full potential through creating energising and productive work environments where people can perform at their best and deliver outstanding results.
He has over 20 years of global business experience, spending the first half of his career working in international container shipping in a variety of operational and business roles. His involvement in managing post-merger integration activities and change projects had him spending time in the Pacific, Asia and Europe. In 2006 he joined a global management consultancy, working originally in New Zealand, and later in Perth. Here he held senior leadership roles including being a member of the Consulting leadership team for Pacific.
His passion for developing people to their full potential is evident throughout his career. He works with organisations, leadership teams and executives across Asia Pacific in areas such as competency development, executive assessment, leadership development, coaching, and talent management. His client list spans the private, public, and not-for profit sectors. He now specialises in working with the C-Suite and Executive leaders to build leadership teams that will drive and sustain organisational performance.
